The earth is not the same today – Michael Jackson is dead. With all of his dancing, I would have thought him to be extremely healthy.

Remembering the Beatles
The Beatles, how can I put into words how great they were. I feel fortunate to have lived through Beatlemania. First making their appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show, the four attractive young guys had every female heart beating just a little bit faster in the few minutes they sang on T.V.
The Beatles songs were simple but effective and most importantly, written by them. Paul McCartney and John Lennon were the masterminds of the group writing songs like “Hey Jude” a song written about John Lennons son, Julian. The name was changed to Jude because it was thought that Jude instead of Julian would sound a little better for the song.
Paul McCartney’s Concert – Part 2 of Remembering The Beatles
Last week I wrote my article about the Beatles. On August first, I went to see Paul McCartney in concert. It was a last minute decision because I had to have a colonoscopy on the third. I came close to postponing the procedure because I didn’t know if I would ever have the chance to see Sir Paul in concert. Then my daughter and I got a brainstorm, we figured out that we could see the concert on the first, spend the night at a motel, drink the stuff for the colonoscopy on the second, and have the procedure done on the third and I could check the McCartney concert off of my ever growing bucket list!
